Congratulations to EBAT strategic partner-member JustCo on the announcement of its 6th centre in Thailand!

JustCo recently inked a partnership agreement with RML - Raimon Land and Mitsubishi Estate (Thailand) to launch and manage JustCo OCC.
Scheduled for opening in Q3 2023, JustCo OCC is located in the upscale Bangkok district of Ploenchit. It occupies a total of 56,000 square feet, across levels 37 to 40, offering unparalleled views of Bangkok’s Central Business District.
In addition to the picturesque city skyline, JustCo OCC will also introduce hotel-like amenities such as a stylishly furnished work lounge and a café, alongside tastefully designed workspaces. The “hotelification” of workspaces will reshape the “work-from-hospo” experience for modern workers seeking greater work-life integration and productivity in a relaxing environment.
