On 27 April, TBLF Taiwan Business Leaders' Forum successfully delivered its April in-person session at EBAT strategic partner-member JustCo! It was a real pleasure to see the level of exchange and interaction between our presenters, speakers, and subscribers.
Political Outlook presenter Dr. Enrico Cau, was joined by Economic Outlook presenter Mr. James Chiao.
We were pleased to have Professor Albert Tang Wei-Min, as the guest speaker for 27 April's session, presenting the guest topic: Taiwan-Europe Connectivity: Higher Education – Academic & Cultural Diplomacy between Taiwan and Europe.
He previously served as Dean of International Education, Deputy Dean of Fu Jen Global, Director of Academic Exchange and Director of the EU Center at Fu Jen Catholic University. His experience ranges from policy-making in higher education to cultural diplomacy. He has been the Chair of the Department of Communication Arts, Bachelor Program in Mass Communication, and Chief-Coordinator for Curriculum Affairs for Fu Jen Catholic University.
A former member of the Chinese Youth Goodwill Mission to Europe and the Middle East in 1986, he was President of Chinese Youth Goodwill Association, Taiwan, leading performing arts troupes to South Korea, Indonesia and Australia. He has also been the supervisor for Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)'s International Youth Program (UK 2011, Israel 2012, USA 2013, Asia Pacific 2014), and has led service learning delegations to regional countries such as India and Myanmar.
In 2023, we are excited to continue TBLF's 28 years of tradition to our prestige audience and we look forward to the enriching 2023 sessions we have coming up.
